Disposable Waterproof Pens

Waterproof disposable fineliner: Deleter Neopiko or Sakura Micron. I like size 05 generally, or size 01 for a small travel sketchbook. You could try a bunch of sizes and see what you like.

Waterproof disposable brush pen: Zeba Zensations. I like Fine (gray body), which is the middle size.

Fountain Pens
Pens
Fountain pens and reusable brush pens can be used for drawing in and can be used in combination with watercolor – replacing fineliners – when used with waterproof fountain pen ink. Fountain pens can be used when traveling, though air travelers may wish to keep them in a ziploc bag in case of spills.

Fountain pen: Platinum Plaisir with fine nib + Platinum Converter

Travel fountain pen: Kaweco Sport + Kaweco Mini Converter

Reusable brush pen: Pentel Pocket Brush Pen (does not support a converter; cartridge must be refilled with ink syringe)
Other Fountain Pen Supplies

Paper: When doing pen-only artwork, I use the Canson Pen & Ink sketchbook; standard printer paper also works well. When combining ink and watercolor, hot press paper works well.
Ink: De Atrementis Document Ink in black (it’s waterproof!)
Dip Pens
Dip pens are best suited for studio use because they require you to be constantly dipping into an inkwell. Dip pens suit some people better than fountain pens because the nibs are more flexible, allowing for more variable line widths than the standard steel fountain pen nibs.
